With its 23 years of experience in Quick Die Change Systems, QDC can offer hydraulic, pneumatic or manual die clamps, including auto travel clamps, swing clamps, rotation clamps and pivoting clamps. In die lifters, QDC can offer hydraulic die lifters in many different sizes as well as spring die lifters and pneumatic die lifters. In bolster extensions (pre rollers), QDC has a variety of products for a full range of dies from small to big. In power units, QDC has many different configurations to suit customers’ applications. In valve unit, QDC can offer solenoid operated type, manual type and remote control type. QDC can offer custom made die changers such as die change carts, die change tables and die staging tables.
